Some Thoughts on Unity
Posted by Pastor Kurt | Filed under My Faith, Randomness
I was preaching on unity last night and I broght up the illustration of Sam and Ralph. Many Christians are guilty of being just like Sam and Ralph.
Sunday morning comes and we go to church just like punching a time clock. Hello Sam. Hello Ralph. Unity in the church is much more than just punching the time clock.
- Unity is vital for the church to be effective.
- Power flows through a unified church.
- Unity means that everything is not always going to go your way.
- Satan attacks unity.
- We must look for ways to unify our church.
- Unity is when God knits our hearts together with one common thread - Jesus.
I’m going to work on this list…
